Contract position for a Technical Trainer
Qualified candidates will have strong Database/Software experience to assist in an inventory software rollout. Chosen candidate will be responsible for classroom and one-on-one user training in multiple locations. Position requires heavy travel - Northeast and beyond. Length of assignment is estimated to be approx 5 months. Pay is DOE.

Manager, Organizational Development:
Responsible for the design, management and delivery of all non-clinical classroom training and e-learning educational programs for employees and management staff at United Health Services Hospitals and United Medical Associates. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the position will oversee the UHS Learning Institute; monitor the completion of mandatory training programs in compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements; manage the Organizational Development staff and acts as a hands-on trainer. The successful candidate will have a Masters Degree in Education, Human Resources Management or a related field, at least three years of training experience, demonstrated leadership skills, and knowledge of the principles of adult learning/education. CPLP or PHR preferred.
